Chris and Angelica Unbehagen
Chris is a proud U.S. Navy veteran who always had a passion for cooking BBQ and serving others.
Angelica works in healthcare, which is a fast-paced job that requires strength and human caring. She, along with Chris are passionate about bringing that true Texas BBQ feeling and flavor to every part of this business. They want everyone who walks up to feel at home, whether it’s your first visit or you’re one of their regulars. Angelica has known Alyssa (from the Garza crew) for 20 years, actually meeting when they worked at a restaurant together.

Luis has dedicated nearly 17 years to the restaurant and management industry, always driven by his love for serving others. His journey with Driftwood began when he started helping on the food truck. This combo quickly grew into an amazing partnership. And the rest, as they say, is history! Alyssa, a devoted homeschool mom, is the creative force behind our social media. The Garza's share our passion for great food, warm hospitality, and strong community connection. Making people feel welcome isn’t just part of the job --- it’s their true passion.
